Any excuse to visit Miami, Right? We’re so excited to reveal this recent installation in Florida. While we fluff the pillows and angle these (AMAZING!) Light fixtures, take a peak to compare how these stellar renderings came to life.
Avalon Doral, Miami, FL
Modernity meets Southern Hospitality in this upcoming project in Charlotte Town. Charlotte is known for its greenspace (which we’ve brought indoors through beautiful wall-hangings) and for being the second largest banking center in the US (we gave that a nod with the tilework), and we can’t wait to show you all of the super cool (and top secret) amenities we’re adding to this space! But for now, let these phenomenal renderings whet your appetite.
Research Park, Charlotte, NC
With flexible work spaces and a maker’s creative studio, the amenities at the Alexan Optimist Park in Charlotte, NC are amazing, if we do say so ourselves! We’re especially proud of the wood detailing in the leasing office! Check out that grain!
Check out who’s listening when you fly into this super cool podcast room at the Alexan Avondale. The space also features retro-modern radios and record players, a makers room to get creative, and a super cool and very flexible tech lounge!
We brought nature inside with this Florida instal! Rich blues and greens are offset by neutrals and whites to bring the communal areas of this beautiful new build to life. Lush mill- and tile-work accent the open, airy space & the custom-made leather booths are exquisitely comfortable.
Lush, Lavish, and Decadent are the perfect words to describe this upcoming project in Miramar, Florida. The plants and natural woods are offset by ultra-modern lighting and beaded chandeliers to create a beautiful environment that is so uniquely South Florida. These renderings will have to tide you over (see what we did there?) until the finished project is installed.

Living Green is easy at the Alexan North Springs in Sandy Springs, GA. With electric car charging stations and a bike share program, Level Design Studio stayed true to nature with wood, stone, greens, and blues throughout the work stations and clubhouse.
And check out that green wall! We may be partial, but we LOVE it!
The Alexan Eight West in West Midtown uses bold colors and shapes to capture the fashion and urban sophistication of this great Atlanta neighborhood. clean lines, sleek furnishings, and carefully thought-out amenities complete the package for residents and guests alike!

Tucked between historic Grant Park and Downtown Atlanta, GA, the Summerhill neighborhood is well-known for its hip vibes, historic homes, and vibrant streetscapes.
