What We Do
Level Design Studio always pays attention to the details, from space planning to installation, which translates into an exciting and beautifully finished environment. We think of each design holistically, connecting our spaces both within, through materials selection and furnishings, and without by paying attention to location, history, and art that create the neighborhood and city around the space.
Design is a collaborative process and we pride ourselves on our communication with our clients. We guarantee an environment that not only meets but exceeds all expectations. By offering complete services from start to finish, we develop livable, usable spaces we can fully stand behind. From Interior Design and Interior Architecture (Thanks, Sean Key Design!) to Construction Admin and Installation, we are with our clients every step of the way.

Space Planning
With creative planning, Level Design Studio organizes area and function to meet the needs of everyone who enters the space. We ensure amenities flow and work together to feel comfortable, productive, and lively. We collaborate with you to bring the amenities you’re expecting and also plan new and exciting offerings that will wow your guests and residents!
Schematic Design
At this phase in the process, Level Design Studio lets you get a sense of your space in three dimensions! The overall site plan shows how people will move about and utilize the space and amenities, with close attention paid to millwork, furniture placement, and a selection of our favorite finishings.
Construction Administration
Level Design Studio stays involved from start to finish! We’re happy to throw on our hardhats to make sure the design and vision remain intact. as the hammers and nails start flying, we check in to ensure all design elements are achieved or adjusted to the realities of the space. Design doesn’t end with the theory; it’s all about bringing it to life.
Art Consultation, Procurement & Install
Level Design Studio works with a variety of artists and art purveyors to bring you beautiful, engaging work that will pull the environment together. From smaller framed pieces to large murals, from paintings and prints to sculptural work, we ensure safe handling and proper installation (or Creation!) of the art from start to finish.

To help you get a feel for your new space, Level Design Studio offers artfully created, photo realistic images that pull together three dimensional design, furniture selection, and finishes to bring you inside (or outside) so you can fully imagine what’s to come. Our renderings breathe life into the space, giving you the full picture before construction is complete.
Furniture Selection, Procurement & Install
Level Design Studio works with furniture makers and designers from around the world to bring you wonderful, well-built furniture that will wow your guests and residents and fit within your budget. from tables and chairs to benches and gaming boards, We select high quality furniture that is comfortable, beautiful, and will stand the test of time.
